Note: The Career Fair ends at 6:30 p.m. though alumni who arrive after 6:00 p.m. will not be admitted into the Career Fair, they are welcome to attend the Networking Reception.
Registration InformationThe deadline to pre-register is passed. Walk-up registration will be available. Please note you must pre-register for the lunch workshop and networking reception.For registration questions, please contact Taylor Ward, event coordinator, at 404-894-9273. Resume Submittal Process and DeadlineDeadline to submit your resume is 8 a.m., EST, Monday, March 10.The link with the resume upload form will be sent via email on March 4 to all pre-registered attendees. You will have the opportunity to submit your resume online through 8 a.m. EST, Monday, March 10. After submitting your resume, updated resumes will not be accepted. Resumes exceeding two pages will not be included on the Employer CD. Upon completing the resume upload form, please make sure you indicate which companies, if any, you do NOT want to receive your resume. If you do not want your resume included on the CD you have the option of bringing printed copies of your resume to distribute. Helpful InformationDo I need to attend the Career Fair to be included in the Resume CD given to employers?Yes. Can I attend the Lunch Workshop and/or the Networking Reception and not the Career Fair? Yes, you can register online for these events through the Career Fair registration process. How many resume copies should I bring to the Fair? Based on our experience, you will need a minimum of 15-25 depending on the desired field of interest. Can I find out if a specific company is attending the Fair? Yes. Simply view our current list of Participating Companies online. Check back regularly as new companies register every day. Will I have to pay for parking? No. Self-parking is complimentary. Once I arrive at the Cobb Galleria Centre, where should I go? When you walk in the main entrance of the Cobb Galleria Centre, go up the escalator on the left side. Registration is located outside the John A. Williams Ballroom. What is considered appropriate attire for the Fair? We recommend business attire. What should I do if I have pre-registered and realize that I won't be able to make the Fair? Companies expect all pre-registered alumni to attend the Fair. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to attend the Fair so that we can notify companies that you will not be present. Can non-alumni attend the Career Fair, even if they are a guest of an alumnus? No. Attendance to the Career Fair, a service of the Alumni Association, is strictly limited to those who hold a degree from Georgia Tech.
