The GT Alumni Association is governed by a 44 member board of trustees including 8 members of the GTAA Executive Committee and 36 trustees of the board. Trustees are elected on staggered three-year terms and 12 members are selected each year. Selections are made based on service to Georgia Tech and the Alumni Association, activities in communities and professions and philanthropy to Roll Call. Trustees are expected to attend quarterly meetings, serve actively on board initiatives and committees and further the mission of the Association. The Young Alumni Council strives to promote and serve the Institute and graduates from the past ten years by supporting relevant and meaningful programs and services for young alumni while encouraging lifelong participation and philanthropic support.
