Two of the Alumni Association’s closest partners have helped create programs to provide increased funding for our GT Networks.
Alumni Home Savings
The Alumni Home Savings Program is now providing $100 for each mortgage or refinance completed, beginning November 2011. Through advertising in the Alumni Magazine and Buzzwords, sponsoring events, and additional promotional activities, Alumni Home Savings has made a commitment to support the programs and activities of the Alumni Association.
Earning funds through Alumni Home Savings require active promotion on the part of each Network, but the tracking is easily reported (by Alumni Home Savings) using each network’s geographic region.

Capital OneĀ®
Capital One is the official credit card provider for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and with the Race to 1,000 program, the Alumni Association will give $25 to local alumni networks for each Capital One credit card account that is opened through their network web address after the first purchase on the account — up to 1,000 total accounts!
The Alumni Association is committing $25,000 to this effort, so how much each network earns of this $25,000 is up to the Network alumni.
View your network’s specific Capital One web address to learn more and apply. It’s important that alumni use their specific network’s Capital One page to apply, as that’s how we’ll know how each network is progressing in the Race to 1,000!
Remember, credit approval required. Terms and conditions apply. Offered by Capital One, N.A.
NOTE: As a reminder, the Capital One program is for alumni only. Also, no individual financial or credit information is ever shared with the Georgia Tech Alumni Association as a result of participation in these programs.
