To get maximum visibility via the resume upload, you must be registered by Tuesday, April 29. Alumni will receive an email detailing instructions to upload on Tuesday, April 29. The deadline to pre-register is 11:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, May 6. You must register by May 6 to receive the data book, which lists all companies, contact information and details of their job offerings, included in your registration fee. Walk-up registrants can pay for their data book separately at registration (first come, first served). Also, note that you must pre-register for the lunch workshop as walk-up tickets will not be available.

Resume Submittal Process
All career fair attendees should be prepared to distribute paper copies of their resume at the career fair. Pre-registrants will be emailed specific directions on uploading their electronic resumes.
- Will I need to purchase the data book on-site?
Data books, which list all companies, contact information and details of their job offerings, will be available for purchase for $5 for those participating in walk-up registration. For all others, the data book will be included.
- Can I attend the Lunch Workshop and not the Career Fair?
Yes, you can register online for just the lunch through the Career Fair registration process.
- How many resume copies should I bring to the Fair?
Based on our experience, you will need a minimum of 15-25 depending on the desired field of interest. Review the company list prior to the career fair to determine how many companies you’d like to speak with and plan accordingly with resumes.
- Can I find out if a specific company is attending the Fair?
Yes. We will post the company list soon.
- Will I have to pay for parking?
No. Self-parking is complimentary.
- Once I arrive at the Cobb Galleria Centre, where should I go?
When you walk in the main entrance of the Cobb Galleria Centre, go up to the second level. Registration is located outside the John A. Williams Ballroom.
- What is considered appropriate attire for the Fair?
We recommend business attire.
- What should I do if I pre-register and realize I won’t be able to make the Fair?
Companies expect all pre-registered alumni to attend the Fair. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to attend. No refunds will be issued.
- Can non-alumni attend the Career Fair, even if they are a guest of an alumnus?
No. Admittance to the Career Fair, a service of the Alumni Association, is strictly limited to those who hold a degree from Georgia Tech, are graduating seniors or graduate students.
- Will walk-up registration be available? Yes. Walk-up registration will be available onsite. The cost will be $10. The career fair data book, which lists all companies, contact information and details of their job offerings, will be available for purchase for an additional $5.
The Renaissance Waverly Hotel is connected to the Cobb Galleria Centre and is located at 2450 Galleria Parkway. You may contact the hotel at 888-391-8724 or 770-953-4500. There is no room block associated with this hotel.
The Sheraton Suites Galleria
The Sheraton Suites Galleria is another possibility for accommodations and is located across Cobb Parkway from the Cobb Galleria. The areas are connected by footbridge. You may contact the Sheraton directly at 800-325-3535 or 770-955-3900. There is no room block associated with this hotel.
