| Event Title: | Columbia/Midlands Young Alumni Rafting Trip on the Congaree River |
| Date: | Sunday, August 2, 2009 |
| Location: | West Columbia Amphitheater/Congaree River Access (next to the New Orleans Restaurant) at Gervais Street Bridge. Trip will end at the Rosewood Boat Landing. Transportation back to the start is included in the fees. |
| Description: | Please join your fellow young alumni in the Columbia area for a guided kayak trip down the Congaree River. The trip will last approximately 2 – 3 hours. |
| Cost: | Single kayak - $30/person. Double kayak with an adult and a child under the age of 12 - $30. Double kayak with an adult and a child over the age of 12 or another adult - $60. You provide your own kayak/canoe with paddles and lifejackets - $10/kayak or canoe. |
