Steve Feigenbaum from Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART), Nadine Jones from Tampa International Airport, and Randy Kranjec from the Hillsborough County Metropolitan Planning Organization will be giving a presentation on commuter rail and the Rapid Transit Investment Plan for Tampa Bay.
