The Georgia Tech Bar Association cordially invites you to a luncheon to meet with Judge Sara Doyle (Georgia Court of Appeals) and Judge Michael Johnson (Fulton County Superior Court). They will be discussing the potential impacts, to civil and criminal clients, of the statewide budget cuts and their affects on trial courts and the appellate courts.

Mr. Manny Arora is one of the most recognized criminal defense and sports law attorneys in the Southeast. Manny is also a legal analyst for Atlanta’s ESPN radio affiliate 680 The Fan. He continues to serve in the US Armed Forces as a Major in the Air Force Reserves.
Speakers:
The Honorable Sara L. Doyle of the Georgia Court of Appeals. Judge Doyle’s experience includes her membership as part of the Education Team of her former law firm, Holland & Knight LLP, in which she represented private educational institutions. While in private practice, Judge Doyle also successfully represented clients in cases involving non-compete agreements, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, and class action law suits.
The Honorable Michael D. Johnson of the Fulton County Superior Court. As a Superior Court Judge, he is responsible for presiding over all aspects of general civil cases including domestic and real estate matters as well as all aspects of felony criminal cases. Prior to taking office, Judge Johnson practiced as a litigator in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense and in the public sector as an assistant prosecutor in both DeKalb and Fulton counties, with the Attorney General’s Office and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. |
