He has more than 27 years of management and consulting experience with the federal government in acquisition and contracting as an electronics engineer, program manager, business consultant, and business manager. Mr. Blige is certified as an Associate Contracting Assistance Specialist (ACAS) with the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a master’s degree in business management from Embry Riddle University. Time: |
