A glorious send off for those who have wisely selected as the place to continue their education
The picnic will be in Virginia Highlands Park in Arlington, VA, in the section of the park facing 15th Street South.
Address lot for parking at Virginia Highlands Park is 1600 S hayes Street Arlington, VA 22202.
Park is a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station.
The picnic will be from 12noon to 3pm on Saturday July 21st. The alternate (Rain) date is Sunday July 22nd.

Meet at Jack's Boathouse in Georgetown at 9:00 am. Location - 3500 K St. (or Water St.) on the Georgetown Potomac waterfront at the bottom of the Capital Crescent Bike trail, underneath the Whitehurst Freeway intersection with Key Bridge.
Note that this is a good distance from any Metro station, requiring either a goodly walk across Key Bridge from Rosslyn Metro, or a hike from the Foggy Bottom station.
Canoes (carry up to 3 average-sized adults):
$15/hr.
$25 for 2 hours
Kayaks (there are 1- and 2-person kayaks): same prices
