James Dixon - President

- Serves no more than 3 years in role of President
- Attends the yearly Volunteer Leaders' Workshop in Atlanta or appoint someone to attend.
- Serves as primary liaison with the Alumni Association and with other Club Presidents.
- Represents Georgia Tech within the club area.
- Convenes, sets agenda and presides over all meetings.
- Assumes responsibility for the success of each activity and project the club undertakes.
- Works carefully with his/her successor to discuss duties, responsibilities and any pending business, and to provide continuity between administrators.
Nicholas Rosengarten - Vice President

- Shall be an alumnus / alumna of Georgia Tech
- Performs the duties of the president in his/her absence.
- Handles arrangements for programs and meetings.
- Assists club officers at club functions in order to become familiar with and promote all club operations.
- Prepares to assume presidential duties.
Courtney Dixon - Secretary

- Maintains the club's current list of active alumni and coordinates all address information and changes with the Alumni Association. Maintains an e-mail directory and sends quarterly to the Alumni Association.
- Coordinates, with the president, the agenda of all meetings and records pertinent information from these meetings.
- Prepares the notices of all club meetings and supplies meeting information by email, on-line form, or faxed copy to the Alumni Association at least 6 weeks before the meeting date.
- Sends a complete report of all meetings and events to the Alumni Association. Include any photographs for use in Tech Topics and on gtalumni.org. Submits bi-annual Club Activity Tracking Report.
- Keeps minutes of all board meetings and provides copy to Senior Manager of Alumni Clubs.
Treasurer
- Serves as the custodian of all club funds.
- Reports on club finances at every officers meeting.
- Prepares a detailed annual report of receipts and disbursements and provide a copy to the Alumni Association by July 15 of each calendar year.
- Collects and records the receipt of annual dues, if charged by Club, and informs Secretary accordingly.
Joe Stitt - Scholarship Chairperson

- Acts as liaison between the Student Recruiting Manager and area volunteers.
- Screens each applicant on the basis of scholarship, leadership, and financial need/merit as deemed necessary by the club and/or scholarship committee.
- Organizes interviewing of candidates with area volunteers.
- Contacts Student Recruiting and Young Alumni Programs Manager with final recipient names, addresses, Student ID Numbers, and amount of award.
- Leads fundraising efforts to fund Club Scholarship and Endowment accounts.
Kathleen Deloughery - Student Recruitment Chairperson

- Act as a liaison between the Student Recruiting and Scholarships Manager and the Ramblin' Recruiters.
- Selects, manages, and stays in contact with area volunteers.
- Arranges for coverage at student-recruiting events such as College Fairs.
- Increases local Georgia Tech Club support and participation in local student recruiting activities.

Wind Down Wednesday Chairperson
- Develops programs, outings, and events on sporadic Wednesday evenings as a social gathering for alumni.
David Greenlee - Roll Call Representative

- Acts as a liaison between the club and Roll Call.
- Encourages and leads the club throughout the Roll Call Clubs Competition.
- Coordinates Roll Call activities as disseminated in the Tiering Program.
- Works with Club President to ensure adequate mention of Roll Call in the bi-annual club newsletter.
