Last year's whitewater rafting trip was a YAC event.

Nominations are being accepted through May 18 for membership in the Young Alumni Council. Council members are elected to one-year terms and work to create relevant programs for alumni who have graduated in the last 10 years.

"Serving on the Young Alumni Council provides young alums with an opportunity to have direct impact on the programs and services that the Alumni Association provides to Tech's most recent graduates. It is a great way to get involved with fellow alumni for the common purpose of enhancing Tech's future," said David Bottoms, Mgt 01, and current Young Alumni Council chair.
