November was a winning month for Georgia Tech’s FASET team.

Merideth Ray, STC 00, assistant director of FASET Orientation won the Outstanding New Professional Award at the National Orientation Directors Association conference and cabinet member Jennifer Smith, won the Woman of Distinction Award for Outstanding Undergraduate at the Alumni Association’s Women's Leadership Conference.

FASET, an acronym for Familiarization and Adaptation to the Surroundings and Environs of Tech, offers freshman and transfer students the opportunity to become better acquainted with the campus and academic environment at Tech.
