Rental information
Please contact us for the most current rates and discounts. Venue Rates include room rental, chairs, tables and the labor to setup and breakdown these items.

Security
Functions on weekends, holidays, weekday evenings, quarter/semester breaks, or when deemed necessary require our hiring outside security; therefore an additional charge of $30.00 per hour for an attendant is charged. There is a four hour minimum. This fee is included in weekend price packages.

Cleaning
All events utilizing food and drink of any kind in any quantity are charged an additional $175 cleaning fee. This fee is included in weekend price packages.

Damages
The Alumni Association charges a $300 refundable damages deposit in order to protect the space. Details concerning the damages deposit are located in the contract.

Parking
Parking is located in the Burge Parking Deck on the west side of the Alumni House as well as the parking lot on the east side of Alumni House. Parking is included in the rate for all events on weekdays after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends. There is parking for approximately 100 cars.

Decorations
Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, and sparklers are not permitted. Open flame and the burning of any materials is prohibited. Use of candles must receive advance approval from Alumni Association Event Management.

Tobacco
The Alumni Faculty House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the grounds. There are no designated smoking areas.
